Product Features
Elite Matt Exterior Paint is a water-based, acrylic copolymer, silicone-enriched and UV-resistant premium matt topcoat for exterior surfaces. Its breathable formulation allows moisture vapour to escape while creating a strong barrier against rain and humidity. Resistant to cracking and peeling, it maintains colour in highly alkaline environments and performs excellently in coastal, salt-laden climates.
Areas of Use
Suitable for all plastered exterior surfaces including cement and mineral render, concrete, aerated concrete, brick and block walls. Ideal for new construction and renovation projects in both residential and commercial buildings.
Application
Clean the surface thoroughly, removing dirt, grease, loose layers and dust. Apply Covering Acrylic Primer as a base coat and allow to dry completely. Then apply Elite Matt Exterior Paint in two coats by brush or roller, allowing at least 6 hours between coats. Thin with up to 10% water by volume if needed. Coverage: approx. 8–10 m² per litre. Application temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C. Compliant with TS 7847 standard.
